Gift Vouchers
The Garden Centre is a member of the Horticultural Trades Association.
This membership enables us to sell and redeem their gift vouchers.
We are now able to accept all paper vouchers, E-vouchers, and credit card style vouchers (cardboard) starting with the number '6085'. Unfortunately we are unable to accept the plastic cards starting with '1000'.
Returns Policy for gifts and shop goods
Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or full refund provided they are returned in a resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Items returned outside of the 30 day period or without a receipt do not qualify for a full refund. A credit note can be offered or an exchange to the value of the returned item at the stores discretion.
Faulty items may be returned for a full refund, credit note or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.
Exceptions apply:- food, gift vouchers, Christmas trees and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns policy for plants
All fully hardy plants(all hardy shrubs, trees and perennials) are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from purchase, provided all instructions are followed. If the plant fails it should be returned and a member of staff from the nursery will determine the problem and offer an exchange or refund if appropriate. The guarantee does not include any plants damaged due to lack of watering or proper horticultural care.
